Luffield House

This beautiful new-build property is located on a private estate in the highly sought-after Cobham Area. Having been commissioned to prepare a feasibility study, concept design and construction drawings, we collaborated with the developer to ready the package of information for work to begin on-site. Throughout construction, we worked to bring the vision to life within the tree-lined neighbourhood.

Blending the historic Queen Anne-style architectural typology with modern luxuries for contemporary living, the property spans across three storeys, boasting a grand entrance with a striking winding staircase as the centrepiece. The spacious interior is playful with a sophisticated character arched internal openings, thoughtfully designed living quarters, and a dedicated gym that offers an additional functional area. 

At the rear, the large arched doors on the ground floor open out to a swimming pool with a carefully considered landscaped garden. With timber sash windows, arched dormer openings, brickwork in traditional Flemish bond and elegant stone detailing, the charming property is a welcoming and timeless addition to the neighbourhood.
